Advisor Recommendation Notifications
The Advisor Recommendation Notifications processor sends direct messages to ticket owners in Slack or Microsoft Teams when the AI recommends creating a knowledge base article or automation playbook based on a resolved ticket.
What It Does
When the AI identifies an opportunity for new documentation or automation from a resolved ticket, this processor:
- Sends a Slack DM or Microsoft Teams message to the ticket owner.
- Includes the recommendation details and context from the resolved ticket.
When to Use It
This processor is enabled by default. It helps ensure that valuable knowledge captured during ticket resolution is surfaced to the right people for action, rather than being buried in ticket history.

- Prerequisite: Slack or Microsoft Teams integration must be connected. The ticket owner must have a mapped Slack/Teams account.
