Nilear MTX Pod

The Nilear MTX Pod embeds Junto's AI triage interface directly inside Nilear's MTX ticketing platform. Technicians can access AI-powered analysis without leaving Nilear.

What is the MTX Pod?

The MTX Pod is a panel that appears within a Nilear MTX service ticket view. It displays the AI triage conversation, signal metadata, and available actions for the current ticket — the same experience available in the Junto web app and the ConnectWise Pod.

Authentication

The Nilear MTX Pod uses automatic authentication. Technicians are signed in seamlessly when they open the Pod — no manual login or one-time passcode required.

Requirements

  • The ConnectWise PSA integration must be configured and connected (ticket data is synced via ConnectWise).
  • The technician must have a Junto account with an email that matches their Nilear profile.
  • The ticket must be synced to Junto.

What the Pod Provides

  • AI triage conversation -- The same conversational interface available in the Junto app, embedded in Nilear MTX.
  • Signal metadata -- View processor results, categories, sentiment, and automation scores.
  • Quick actions -- Approve or deny tool requests directly from within Nilear.

Setup

  1. Ensure the ConnectWise PSA integration is configured in Junto.
  2. Verify technicians have Junto accounts with matching email addresses.
  3. Your Nilear admin configures the Junto Pod URL within MTX settings.

Once configured, the Pod appears automatically in Nilear MTX service ticket views.

Troubleshooting

  • Pod not loading -- Verify the ConnectWise PSA integration is connected and the ticket has synced to Junto.
  • Technician not recognized -- Ensure the technician's email in Nilear matches their Junto account email.
  • Ticket not found -- The ticket must exist in ConnectWise and be synced to Junto as a signal.
