ConnectWise Pod

The ConnectWise Pod embeds Junto's AI triage interface directly inside ConnectWise PSA service tickets. Technicians can access AI-powered analysis without leaving their PSA.

What is a Pod?

A Pod is a custom panel that appears within a ConnectWise service ticket. Junto's Pod displays the AI triage conversation, signal metadata, and available actions for the current ticket.

Authentication

The Pod supports two authentication methods:

  • OAuth -- Technicians authenticate through the standard Junto OAuth flow.
  • Email OTP -- Technicians receive a one-time passcode via email to verify their identity.

Installation

  1. In ConnectWise, go to System > Setup Tables > Pod Configuration.
  2. Add a new Pod entry pointing to your Junto Pod URL.
  3. Configure the Pod to appear on service ticket screens.
  4. Save the configuration.

Once installed, the Pod appears as a panel within service ticket views. Technicians can click it to see the Junto AI triage interface for the current ticket.

What the Pod Provides

  • AI triage conversation -- The same conversational interface available in the Junto app, embedded in ConnectWise.
  • Signal metadata -- View processor results, categories, sentiment, and automation scores.
  • Quick actions -- Approve or deny tool requests directly from within ConnectWise.

Requirements

  • The ConnectWise PSA integration must be configured and connected.
  • The technician must have a Junto account with an active session.
  • The ticket must be synced to Junto as a signal.
