Analytics 365 Setup

Analytics 365 by Tollring is a Microsoft Teams call recording and analytics platform. Once connected, Junto's AI agent can search call history, view call details, and transcribe recordings on demand.

Prerequisites

  • An Analytics 365 account with API access
  • An API token generated from the Analytics 365 platform

Step 1: Generate an API Token

  1. Log in to your Analytics 365 account.
  2. Navigate to your account or API settings.
  3. Generate a new API token.
  4. Copy the token.

Step 2: Configure in Junto

  1. In Junto, go to Settings > Integrations > Analytics 365.
  2. Click Add Configuration and enter your API Token.
  3. Click Create. Junto validates the connection by querying your Analytics 365 account.

The token is encrypted before storage.

Transcription is only available in Explore mode (the General Assistant). It is not available during automated processing or triage. Because transcription has a processing cost, the agent will always ask for your approval before transcribing a call.

ConnectWise Enrichment

When both Analytics 365 and ConnectWise PSA are connected, the agent gains additional workflow capabilities:

  • Contact Call Enrichment -- Automatically surface recent Teams calls related to a ConnectWise ticket's contact, adding call context to ticket triage without any transcription cost.
  • Contact Fuzzy Matching -- Surface suggested improvements to ConnectWise contact records based on details from Analytics 365 call data.

Troubleshooting

  • Connection fails -- Verify your API token is correct and has not expired. Generate a new token if needed.
  • No calls returned -- Check that the date range and filters are correct. Ensure call recording is enabled in your Analytics 365 account.
  • Transcription unavailable -- Transcription is only available in Explore mode. If you are in a ticket conversation, switch to the General Assistant to transcribe calls.
  • Call enrichment not working -- Ensure both Analytics 365 and ConnectWise PSA integrations are connected. The agent matches calls by phone number from the ConnectWise contact record.
