My Connections

Most integrations are connected once for the whole organization. My connections are different: they are your personal accounts, usable only by you, in your own Explore chats and from your own MCP clients. The agent acts as you, with exactly the permissions your account has.

Where to Find It

Open your avatar menu and choose My connections. The page is available to everyone with the Technician role or above.

Available Connections

ConnectionWhat the agent can do
OutlookRead, search, draft, and send email from your own mailbox, plus shared mailboxes you have Full Access to
GranolaSearch and read your own Granola meeting notes and transcripts. Read-only.
Otter.aiUse the tools your Otter.ai account permits, including writes such as deleting a meeting
Fireflies.aiUse the tools your Fireflies.ai account permits
Fathom.aiUse the tools your Fathom.ai account permits
Personal API connectionsVendor APIs you connect with your own credential. See Custom API Connections.

Each meeting-notes vendor exposes whatever its own account permits, so a new capability on the vendor's side is available in Junto without any change.

Connecting

  1. Click Connect on a card.
  2. Sign in to the vendor in the window that opens and approve the request.
  3. The card shows Connected with your account label.

If a sign-in expires, the card shows Reconnect with the note "Your sign-in expired. Reconnect to keep using it." Click Disconnect at any time to remove a connection.

How Personal Connections Behave

  • Only you can use them, from your own Explore chats and MCP clients. Runbooks, workspaces, shared or public conversations, Slack and Teams conversations, unattended jobs, and other members never can.
  • No approval prompt. Tool calls run under your account's own permissions. Each call is recorded -- who, when, which vendor tool, and the outcome -- but not the arguments, credentials, or meeting content.
  • Org-level tool settings still apply. If an admin has switched a tool off under Tool Policies, it stays off for personal connections too.
  • Admins can see that you have a connection, under Settings > General > Personal connections, so they can offboard accounts. They never see its contents. Removing you from the organization stops all use.

Troubleshooting

  • A write failed or timed out -- Check the vendor directly before retrying. The action may have completed even though the response did not arrive.
  • Card shows Unavailable -- The vendor could not be reached. Try again later.
