ROI Dashboard
The ROI Dashboard shows what Junto is giving back to your team — the hours and labor value returned by the work it does on your desk — next to your Junto subscription cost, so you can see your return at a glance. Below that, a Desk performance view tracks technician productivity trends.
Access
The ROI Dashboard is available to users with the Manager role or above. Everyone else sees an "Access restricted" message.
Building Your First Report
For the first 30 days after Junto starts working your desk, the dashboard shows a Building your first ROI report state instead of numbers. Junto logs every action it takes during this period, and your first full month of ROI unlocks on day 30. A progress ring counts the days collected so far.
Return on Investment
The top of the page shows your return over the last 30 days (a rolling window that advances daily — there's no date picker to set).
Activity Breakdown
A table lists each type of work Junto did and the time it saved:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Activity | The type of work Junto performed |
| Volume | How many times Junto did it (last 30 days) |
| Min ea. | Minutes saved each time — an assumption you can edit |
| Hours | Volume × minutes ÷ 60 |
| Value | Hours × your loaded technician rate |
The activities tracked:
| Activity | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Tickets auto-closed | Noise / spam closed in the PSA |
| Tickets reassigned | Routed to the right company / board |
| Tickets classified | Priority, type & subtype set |
| Tickets triaged | Triage note posted |
| Resolution notes drafted | Resolution draft prepared for the tech |
| Tickets summarized | Summary kept current on the ticket |
| Resolved in Junto | Actions run in your systems without a context switch |
| Runbooks executed | Completed runbook runs |
| Explore sessions | Working sessions with the Junto agent |
| Open ticket monitor | Days the monitor surfaced findings |
A Total row sums the hours and value across all activities.
Tune the assumptions
The Min ea. value in each row and the loaded technician rate (default $50/hr) are editable. Adjust them to match your team, and every row and total recalculates instantly. These are live "what-if" estimates — changes aren't saved and reset when you reload the page.
Your Return
A summary card beside the table turns the totals into a bottom line:
- You got back -- Total labor value returned, with the equivalent hours and full-time-employee (FTE) months.
- You paid -- Your most recent monthly Junto subscription cost.
- Net savings -- Value returned minus what you paid.
- Return -- Your return as a multiple (e.g.
8xmeans Junto returned eight times its cost).
A bar shows the proportion of Cost to Value returned. If billing isn't set up yet or you're in a free trial, the cost-based figures show a dash (—).
Desk Performance
Below ROI, the Desk performance section tracks technician productivity for the previous completed month (labeled "Showing data for {Month Year}"). Each card shows a percentage change compared to the same month last year.
- Tickets per Tech -- Tickets with logged time per active technician for the month.
- Avg Time per Ticket -- Average actual hours logged per ticket with time entries for the month.
- Tech Output -- Total billable hours per technician for the month (average hours per ticket × tickets per tech).
Forecast
A Forecast chart plots two years of history (excluding the current month) with forward-looking projections for the three metrics above:
- Solid lines -- Historical data.
- Dashed lines -- Projected values.
- A Latest data reference line marks where history ends and projections begin.
- Hover any point for exact values.
Using the Dashboard
The ROI Dashboard helps answer questions like:
- How much time and money is Junto giving back this month?
- What's our return relative to what we pay?
- Are we handling more tickets per technician over time?
- Is average resolution time trending up or down?
