Efficiency Dashboard
The Efficiency Dashboard provides a high-level view of your team's productivity, helping managers identify trends and forecast workload.
Access
The Efficiency Dashboard is available to users with the Manager role or above.
Metric Cards
Three summary cards display key performance indicators for the last 30 days, each with a percentage change compared to the prior period:
- Tickets per Tech -- The average number of tickets with logged time per active technician.
- Avg Time per Ticket -- The average hours spent per ticket, calculated from tickets with time entries.
- Tech Output -- Billable hours per technician, combining tickets per tech and average time per ticket.
Trend & Forecast Chart
An interactive chart shows historical data and projections:
- Historical data -- Up to 24 months of trend data displayed as solid lines.
- Projections -- Forward-looking estimates displayed as dashed lines.
- Three metrics plotted -- Tickets per tech, average time per ticket, and tech output.
- Hover tooltips -- View exact values for any point in time.
A reference line marks the boundary between historical data and projections.
Using the Dashboard
The Efficiency Dashboard helps answer questions like:
- Are we handling more tickets per technician over time?
- Is average resolution time trending up or down?
- How is overall team output changing?
Use these insights alongside the Intelligence page to connect productivity trends with recurring issue patterns.
