Intelligence
The Intelligence page surfaces recurring patterns and alerts from your ticket data, helping you identify systemic issues before they escalate.
Access
Intelligence is available to users with the Manager role or above.
Overview
Intelligence automatically clusters related signals from your tickets to reveal recurring issues. Instead of reviewing tickets one at a time, you can see patterns at a glance and take action on trends.
KPIs
The top of the page displays three summary metrics:
- Active Clusters -- The number of currently active signal clusters.
- Signals Clustered -- The total number of signals grouped into clusters.
- Active Alerts -- The count of non-informational severity alerts.
Recurring Alerts
When Junto detects a recurring pattern that warrants attention, it creates an alert. Each alert includes:
- Severity level -- Critical, Warning, or Info.
- Summary -- A description of the pattern (e.g., "12 signals in last 24 hours").
- Status -- New, Acknowledged, or Resolved.
You can Acknowledge an alert to indicate you are aware of the issue, or Resolve it once the underlying problem has been addressed.
Signal Clusters
Below the alerts, a grid displays active clusters. Each cluster card shows:
- Cluster name -- A descriptive label for the pattern.
- Signal count -- How many signals are grouped in the cluster.
- Date range -- When the first and most recent signals occurred.
Click a cluster card to view its details, including the individual signals and their associated tickets.
