The AI Summarization processor generates concise summaries of ticket content, making it faster for technicians to understand an issue at a glance.

What It Does

The processor automatically generates a structured summary from the ticket subject, description, and recent messages, including:

  • Summary -- A brief, plain-language description of the issue (typically 1-3 sentences).
  • Key details -- Bullet points highlighting the most important facts.
  • Current status -- What has been done so far and what is pending.

When to Use It

This processor is enabled by default. Summaries are displayed on the signal detail page, giving technicians a quick overview without reading the full conversation thread.
