AI Summarization
The AI Summarization processor generates concise summaries of ticket content, making it faster for technicians to understand an issue at a glance.
What It Does
The processor reads the ticket subject, description, and recent messages, then produces a structured summary with:
- Summary -- A brief, plain-language description of the issue (typically 1-3 sentences).
- Key details -- Bullet points highlighting the most important facts.
- Current status -- What has been done so far and what is pending.
