Advisor
The Advisor is Junto's recommendations engine. It continuously analyzes your resolved tickets and operational patterns to surface actionable recommendations — helping you identify opportunities to build runbooks, create documentation, and discover revenue potential.
Overview
Advisor works in the background, monitoring your ticket data for patterns that indicate:
- Recurring issues that could be handled by a runbook or automation.
- Knowledge gaps where a KB article or documented procedure would help your team.
- Revenue opportunities where upsell or new service offerings align with client needs.
Navigate to Advisor in the sidebar to access the dashboard.
Recommendations Tab
The default view shows a dashboard with summary cards:
- Pending Recommendations -- Total recommendations awaiting review.
- Priority Breakdown -- How many are High, Medium, or Low priority.
- Estimated Time Savings -- Projected monthly time savings if recommendations are implemented.
Quick-access cards link to related features like the Service Catalog and Ticket Health.
Viewing Recommendations
Click into the recommendations list to see individual cards. Each recommendation includes:
- Category -- What type of action is recommended (e.g., build a runbook or write documentation).
- Priority -- High, Medium, or Low.
- Summary -- What the recommendation is about.
- Evidence -- Supporting data from your ticket history.
- Source Signals -- Links to the ticket patterns that triggered the recommendation.
Taking Action
For pending recommendations, you have three options:
- Approve & Draft -- Routes to the AI assistant to draft the recommended runbook or KB article.
- Reject -- Marks the recommendation as rejected.
- Dismiss -- Removes the recommendation without action.
Filtering
Filter recommendations by status, category, or priority.
Revenue Tab
The Revenue tab surfaces upsell and expansion opportunities identified from your ticket data — such as recurring service gaps, security concerns, or growing client needs.
Each opportunity card shows the recommended products, affected companies, and supporting evidence. You can Approve & Draft, Snooze, or Dismiss each opportunity.
Scope
Recommendations can be scoped at two levels:
- Company-scoped -- Applies to a specific client.
- Organization-wide -- Applies across your entire organization.
The scope is shown on each recommendation card.
